Messalana is responsible for the strategic management of DWC programmes and client relationships. She has a wealth of experience in Service Delivery and Account Management. She also provides logistic and administrative support to DWC Principal, Senior consultants and associates.

Messalana has operated in several sectors with highly transferable skills, including, but not limited to, people management, recruitment and onboarding, implementations, project management and service assurance. Her skills were shaped by positions in Publishing (The Economist); Banking (Citigroup; Morgan Stanley; Goldman Sachs; Credit Agricole; JPMC); and Law (White & Case; Cameron McKenna and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP).

In these fields, she held senior leadership responsibilities and successfully managed large teams. This has been excellent preparation for managing DWC client relationships and the complexity of our events management obligations.

Declared goals are to bring efficiency and  high quality delivery to DWC’s professional services and ensure customer expectations are exceeded.
