Adrian Sladdin has worked in education and training for over thirty years - both in mainstream schools and as a senior manager for a UK awarding body, creating curriculum content and training materials. He is acknowledged to be a leading expert on training teachers and tutors on issues relating to young people and problematic gaming. His resources in this area have been accredited by key accreditation bodies such as the PSHE Association and Pearson.      

Adrian provides high level education, leadership, and mentoring consulting to local authorities and also has an impressive international portfolio of clients. He is co-founder of the Young International Leadership  Programme; an engaging initiative which supports young people around the world in terms of life / work preparation skills. He sits as an expert for the International Centre for Learning and Leadership, which prepares young people for future employment with a global focus. 

Adrian is co-director, alongside David Weaver, of Seventh Wave Corporate Training; a training consultancy which provides open learning and development programmes for individuals, and across public, commercial and not-for-profit sectors.
