Rajwant has established an enviable reputation for the design and delivery of bespoke development programmes, across a range of sectors, focusing on individual and organisational development. This includes Strategic Leadership Programmes for leading Russell Group Universities including University College London (including the School of Life and Medical Sciences); King’s College London; Royal Holloway University of London. Over the past 5 years she has run a number of Leadership and Management Skills Programmes and coaching assignments for a leading global philanthropy.
Rajwant is an Associate of Henley Business School where she has been an academic supervisor and a coach. She holds Henley’s MSc in Coaching and Behavioural Change and was awarded the prize for outstanding research on role of coaching in securing progression of women to Partner level in a top 4 leading Professional Services firm. This research, alongside her own personal experiences, provide her with an understanding of the structural and systemic factors that impact adversely on experiences of key groups.
Rajwant holds an Executive MBA from Henley and a Masters from University of Birmingham. She is an APECS accredited coach and qualified in use of MBTI and Firo B.
